Cessation independent of deliberation, one of the three types<br> of asamskrta-dharmas.It is a cessation acquired not through any<br>effort of deliberation, but due to the deficiency<br> in pratyayas.But like a pratisaṃkhyā-nirodha, it is also<br> not a mere absence,but a positive force preventing the arising<br> of the dharma which has ceased.  +
Enlightnment, awakening. According to the Abhidharmikas, it comprises<br> kṣaya- and anutpāda-jñāna.  +
1.Knowledge, understanding. (The opposite is avidyā) 2. A science or study;<br>e.g. hetu-vidyā.  +
With-outflow. A with-outflow object is one by taking which the defilement<br>adheres to it and grows. It is also one whose effect is to retain us in saṃsāra.  +
