Template:Topic - could be just a call from commons although it would be great if we could do something where there is an inline or in paragraph template that would allow display of the term with a little icon that when you hover over it or click it the definition and alternate languages appear. Like: {{Topic|SOMETERM}}, where SOMETERM would be on the commons wiki and would have properties with values as below:
